I"ve watched this movie several times & love it every time. The feeling & message that is very relatable. This will never go out of style. The Shawshank Redemption Movie watch dogs. I recommend this film to everyone, young and old, it will appeal to everyone. Its a brilliant film capped by a brilliant ending. 10/10. Stephen King"s powerful prison drama story is brought to life, with Frank Darabont"s "The Shawshank Redemption. The movie tells the story of Andy Dufresne, portrayed brilliantly by Tim Robbins, who is sent to Shawshank prison, when framed as the murderer of his wife, and her affair lover. During his time in prison, Andy makes an unlikely friendship with smoke dealer "Red" portrayed by the astounding Morgan Freeman, who does an excellent job of guiding the movie with his smoothing, and confident narration. Now, the rest of the movie talks about Andy"s struggle to try and break free from Shawshank, and the unexpected friendship between two different people. This movie is an astounding masterpiece, that can only be spoken through the words of the mysteriously defying Stephen King. Director Frank Darabont helped bring King"s vision to life on the screen, and he performed an excellent job as a director, and a writer. Also, the cast is such a true miracle, that the movie was able to get the finest actors to play the most finest cinematic roles. Tim Robbins is excellent, Morgan Freeman is astounding, Bob Gunton is brilliant, and James Whitmore plays such a dramatic small role as "Brooks" the Shawshank librarian. Also, I enjoyed Thomas Newman"s breathtaking score, the perfect cinematography, the excellent use of film editing, and the spectacular script. I respected every single moment in this movie, and it had me wanting for more. "The Shawshank Redemption" is one of the best movies ever made, and I have never seen a movie with so much heart before, even though of it"s slow 142 minute run-time. "The Shawshank Redemption" in my review, a stunning masterpiece, entertainment at its finest.

The Shawshank Redemption is such a good movie and it"s definitely worth your time watching. Not only does it have a great plot, but the acting is very good as well because of the two main characters Tim and Morgan. I really love Tims character, Andy Dufresne. The way he thinks and acts is just cool and I think everyone can agree to of my favorite scenes is when he escaped after crawling through poop. When he stood in the rain the look on his face just reassured that he actually escaped and I think it"s really cool. My other favorite part was when Red ( Morgan Freeman) was released from prison and he finally reunited with Andy. I think their friendship
Is pretty cool and it will have you smiling the entire movie. My favorite quote in this movie is when Red said " Andy Dufresne. Who crawled through a river of sh# and came out clean on the other side." This quote really reflects what happened in the story. Andy went to prison even though he was innocent and experienced some rough things, but he ended up escaping and is now living his best life. His escape is definitely epic and I recommend this movie for everyone.
